SRI BRHAD BHAGAVATAMRTA

Sri Brhad Bhagavatamrta presents two fascinating stories, stories which discloses the deep confidential truths regarding Krishna and Krishna’s devotee and Krishna’s devotional service.

Sri Brhad Bhagavatamrta tells these two stories in two parts :Sri-bhagvat krpa -sara-nidhara (Ascertainment of the Essence of the Supreme Lord’s Mercy )and the second is Sri Goloka-mahatmya (The Glory of Sri Goloka). The first tells of Narad muni’s search for the devotee that had most fully received Lord Krishna’s mercy and the second tells of the wanderings of the cowherd ,Gopa kumara, who searched for the Lord of his beloved Madana-gopala mantra .These stories will also reveal that how Vrindavana is, is the topmost abode where the most wonderful happiness is experienced in relationship with Supreme Lord’s most sublime, original form. 

After hearing Srimad-Bhagavatam, Maharaja parikshit’s mother Uttara approached him in a scheduled place and requested him to extract the essence of what Sukadeva Gosvami taught him and reveal it to her . That essence is called Bhagvatamrta which is presented here.
