KRSNA The Reservoir Of Pleasure

Every living being, each one of us has a pleasure seeking potency but we do not know how to seek pleasure perfectly. We get frustrated at every step of life in satisfying our desire for pleasure with a materialistic concept of this world because we have no information regarding the real level on which to have real pleasure. Our spirit or consciousness is eternal and so to enjoy real pleasure we must understand that we are not this body but our real identity is we are pure soul now merged within this material body. The material nature is working in three modes——goodness, passion, ignorance. On the material level we can be pious or impious by performing some pious activities or impious activities. But Lord Sri Krishna advises that we should act on the spiritual plane, with knowledge of and devotion to the Supreme. 

As is commanded in the bhagavad – gita by Sri Krishna to give up reactions of work and be situated on the level of pure consciousness, and the result is the end of bondage of birth and death,  disease and old age. And this end unites us with the true identity, Sri Krishna who is the reservoir of all pleasure. eternal bliss and true happiness. The basic propensity of the living condition is that we have a general propensity to love someone. Its not only present in humans but also birds and animals . At the present moment, human society teaches one to love the country, family and personal self, but there is no information where to repose the loving propensity so that everyone can become happy. Bhakti-yoga teaches us the science of loving every living entity perfectly by the easy method of loving Sri Krishna.

Behind the gigantic material nature, the cosmic manifestation, there is God – Krishna -and He is accepted by all authorities. We must accept that knowledge which is accepted by all authorities.

As for material education we go to a teacher or to a school or learn from our father and mother. As they are all authorities,and our nature is to learn from them. Similarly in Krishna consciousness the authorities who have accepted Sri krishna come from the disciplic succession. Sri Krishna the reservoir of all pleasure can be understood only by surrendrance.

Therefore He recommends this process—–sarva-dharman parityajya mam ekam saranam vraja. (Gita 18.66)”Give up all religious processes of religion and simply surrender unto Me”. 

So simply by hearing His glories from Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagvatam and by chanting His names we can swiftly perfect our lives.
